Do you supply the food?

Yes, all boarders are fed Eukanuba kibble. If your dog is on a special diet please supply their own food.

What happens if my dog needs medical attention?

​

If veterinary attention is necessary for your dog, we will endeavor to reach you first, in the event of not being able to reach you, we will attempt to contact your preferred secondary contact. If we are unable to reach you both, in our absolute discretion, deciding veterinary attention is necessary, the owner will be liable for all such expenses.

What happens if my dog is not dog friendly?

​

We do not socialize dogs unless the owner states they are sociable, non sociable dogs will still get the same amount of exercise in our fun runs as our social boarders.

What does my dog sleep on?

​

We encourage you to bring in their own bed or blanket from home so your dogs has a familiar smell along with a favourite toy, we have built in raised dog beds with a comfortable mattress.

Can I view the facility?

Yes, we are happy to show customers through the kennels by appointment only.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated prior to boarding at your kennels?

​

Yes, your dog must be fully vaccinated with C5 to board with us, we will need copies of their vaccination certificate.
